What Homeful.ai is

Homeful.ai is a product of Trusty Labs, Inc. (“Trusty”, “we”), which operates the service and is the party responsible for the personal information described here. Homeful.ai helps home buyers understand homes that are about to hit the market. This policy describes what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Email addresses you give us. When you sign up for a daily market brief, join a future market list, ask our concierge about a home, or request a home report, you give us your email address. Every mailing list uses double opt-in: nothing recurring is sent until you confirm from your inbox, and every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link.

Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and the homes you follow, your alert preferences, and your price range. Sign-in uses emailed magic links; we never store a password.

Concierge requests. When you ask about a home, we store your name, email, optional phone number, and what you asked about, so a human can follow up.

Cookies. We use a small number of functional cookies: your sign-in session, your preferred price range, and the last market you viewed, so the site opens where you left off. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

Email engagement. Our email delivery partner tells us when a message is delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, or reported as spam. Addresses that bounce permanently or report spam are added to a suppression list so we stop mailing them.

How we use it

To send the emails you asked for, to follow up on your concierge requests, to keep your account working, and to measure whether our emails are wanted. We do not sell your personal information.

When we share it

Partner agents. The concierge service exists to connect you with a real estate professional when you want one. If you ask for a tour or an agent, we share your name, contact details, and the home you asked about with a partner agent so they can help you. We do not share concierge details for any other purpose.

Service providers. We run on infrastructure and services that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic and Google (the AI models that generate our summaries and illustrations), and Google Maps (location imagery). Each processes only what it needs to provide its service.

Property information. The home facts we show come from licensed real estate information services and publicly available property information. That flow is about homes, not about you: we do not send your personal information to property information suppliers.

AI-generated content

The home summaries, highlights, and takes on Homeful.ai are generated by AI from structured facts about each home. The home images are AI-generated illustrations, clearly labeled “Illustrated by Homeful”; they are artistic renderings, not photographs, and may differ from how a home actually looks.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any market brief with the link in its footer, or manage every subscription at homeful.ai/alerts. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email concierge@homeful.ai and a human will take care of it.
