Homeful.ai is a product of Trusty Labs, Inc. (“Trusty”, “we”), an information service that helps home buyers understand homes that are about to hit the market. These terms are an agreement between you and Trusty Labs, Inc. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Not professional advice
Homeful.ai does not provide financial, legal, tax, inspection, or real estate brokerage advice. Nothing on the site is an offer to buy or sell real estate. Homeful.ai is not a real estate brokerage; when you ask our concierge to connect you with an agent, the agent, not Homeful.ai, represents you in any transaction.
AI-generated content
Home summaries, highlights, and commentary are generated by AI from structured facts about each home, and home images are AI-generated illustrations labeled “Illustrated by Homeful”, not photographs. We work hard to keep generated content grounded in facts, but it can contain mistakes, and illustrations can differ from a home's actual appearance. Always verify anything that matters, ideally in person, before making decisions about a home.
Accuracy and availability
Home details, prices, statuses, and expected on-market dates change quickly and can be wrong or out of date. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, and may change or pause at any time. Links to original listings open the listing site; we do not control that content.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its content; do not use the service to send spam or to build a competing dataset; do not attempt to access other people's accounts or non-public systems. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
Recurring emails require double opt-in and every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link. Transactional email (concierge replies, report notifications, account sign-in) arrives only in response to something you asked for.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Trusty Labs, Inc. is not liable for decisions made in reliance on the service, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
